We offer landlords two services. The Letting Only Service is designed for landlords who wish to deal with the day-to-day management of their properties themselves. These landlords however, require the selection and referencing of quality tenants and the creation of legal tenancy documentation to be handled with detached professionalism by a reputable agent with excellent contacts amongst 'blue-chip' company Personnel Managers.
The Letting & Management Service provides landlords with all the benefits of the Letting Only Service plus the added security of professional management of their property and stewardship of the tenancy from beginning to end.
